My first time meeting sweet Rebecca was in Courtnie and Connor’s wedding earlier this year! I remember taking a picture of her and her boyfriend, and was so excited when she contacted me a few months later saying they were engaged! She’s one of the most joyful, high-spirited girls you’ll ever meet! Their downtown Greenville engagement session was full of oh so many laughs, and made me so much more excited for their December wedding to come! This was the most amazing way to end 2017 weddings, and such a perfect day.

During the wedding day, I had to remind Rebecca that this day was about her, and not to worry about everyone else! It’s obvious that’s her personality- to always give and support others instead of making things about her! It was so clear how giving she truly is by how much joy you could just feel in the room!!

After a teary first look, we moved locations and they exchanged gifts. I love meaningful, personal gifts, and I don’t think anything could top Rebecca’s gift to Jake! Ever since she was in her teens (and years before even meeting Jake), she had been writing about the man she’d one day marry in a journal. She completed the last entry the day before her wedding, and gave it to Jake to show him how much she had anticipated and prayed for him and this day. It was one of my favorite parts of their wedding day!

You could see the excitement and anticipation in Jake’s face to see his gorgeous bride, and his tears of joy during their first look said it all. He was over the moon excited to have Rebecca as his wife, and their personally written vows showcased their joy and excitement to begin their walk through life as one.

I’m so thrilled to share this last wedding of 2017 at the Kroc Center in Greenville, SC! Here are a lot of my favorites!!

The groom has some moves!!!! When two Christa Rene brides are in one wedding!! My heart was so so happy!!
