Tyler & Christi | Lake Jocassee Wedding

Christi and I have been best friends since high school! I remember the talks we’d have about our future weddings, what we dreamed of, and on and on! She started dating Tyler the night of our high school graduation- they’re officially high school sweethearts!! So this day has been awaited for over 6(!!) years!!! And it did not disappoint!

Christi always wanted an easy, intimate wedding. So when they started talking about a small lakeside wedding I was SO thrilled! The lake is such a special place to these two! Tyler’s family frequently visited it while he was growing up, and when they started dating they carried on the tradition with Christi going too!! We did their engagement session there last month, and that’s when it was decided this would be the perfect spot for their intimate wedding!

They had 16 of their closest family witness their beautiful wedding overlooking Lake Jocassee! And it was perfect. Everything about the day was flawless- from perfect weather, to the peaceful boat rides between the ceremony and reception houses that made for my FAVORITE portraits, to just how dreamy these two looked!! It was everything they hoped and dreamed, and seeing your best friend have a day like this is so fulfilling!!!

Edward and I loved getting to be apart of this time and capture your day, Mr. & Mrs. Sprowls! I hope you’re having the best time in Norway!!
