Kaitlyn and Jon are two of the sweetest people you could ever meet! And when they suggested having their engagement session start at Up on the Roof in downtown Greenville, I was thrilled! I love when couples choose a place special to them for their engagement session! We sat and chatted at Up on the Roof for a bit, and truth be told I could have just sat and talked with them ALL evening! BUT we did start our session overlooking beautiful downtown Greenville!
During our session, Kaitlyn let me know how excited she was!! She had been eagerly awaiting having their engagement photos done, and the day had come (and was beautiful!!)! Our engagement session was one of my FAVORITE parts of being engaged, and I love that this is true for my couples too!
Ever since I met them over coffee to talk about their wedding day, my fingers were crossed hard that they’d book! I immediately LOVED these two, and they have such a special energy and excitement. It’s clear how much they truly just adore and love each other, and are excited not just for the wedding day to be perfect, but to be married to each other!!
Kaitlyn told me they even rearranged their budget to make sure photography was a priority!! How amazing is that?? She told me in the future, she knew she’d still have her pictures, and that needed to be what was important when laying out the budget! And I TOTALLY agree! I affirmed her choice, and told her in 10 years, she’d still have her photos, and her husband! 😉
