I’m sharing my all time favorite post of the year!! My favorite wedding images from 2017! And let me tell you, narrowing these down was hard!!! How can you pick under 100 favorites from 25 weddings with the most amazing couples ever?? I shared my favorite engagement images from 2017 a few days ago, and I have to admit I love this post even more!! This was the day many of the couples in the last post said “I do,” and vowed to spend their life with their best friend.

I began my business at 18, and while I did my best and worked hard I didn’t understand how huge getting married was! To be honest, I didn’t really spend too much time extensively thinking about the huge commitment and value a wedding day holds! Most of my couples were several years older than I was when I started, so it seemed like something so distant. Yes, I did make sure my couples were taken care of and did my best to capture their day in a beautiful way as I still do while offering an amazing experience! But in the past years and as I grew in maturity, kept photographing weddings, and now am planning my own wedding, I’ve realized more than ever how incredible it is I was trusted to capture this day for 25 couples in 2017. It actually makes me emotional. These days were the start of a life-long commitment to choose to love each other through anything life holds. And as I think about the day this fall I’ll be vowing to spend my life with Edward, I lose my breath thinking of just how important a wedding truly is!! Preparing for my own marriage truly makes me value these images and my couples even more!!!

So thank you, each and every one of you brides who reached out to me, booked with me, and allowed me the privilege of capturing your wedding day. It was a gift to get to serve you in this way! I hope as you look back on 2017, you’re able to relive the joy, happiness, and love you felt and everyone around you witnessed through your wedding images!
