Melissa & Manly | Downtown Greenville, SC Engagement Session

As I was walking through downtown, I passed a little courtyard with a fountain wall, but the water had frozen leaving a wall of ice! There was also some snow left under the trees. I met Melissa and Manly and we headed back to get some photos in the last bit left of the ice storm last week. 

It was really chilly… as in I’m not sure how photographers up north do this constantly!! But Melissa and Manly did not complain once, so you can’t even tell it was the least bit chilly 😉 They have such a sweet relationship, and the cold only made them hold each other tighter. I feel a little guilty I get to keep my coat on, so you can imagine how I felt when we saw a BRIDE having photos done in her strapless gown! (Thank you for not picking February to get married Melissa!) 

They went along with all my ideas, and made every pose look so natural. I can’t wait for their wedding in a few months!
