If you live in the south, you know that there were a few extremely cold days last January for a southerner! Brian & Kristina’s engagement photos were scheduled for one of those freezing days. Now, before you start thinking what a wimp I am that I can’t stand a morning in the 20’s, I do almost all my engagement sessions outside, so when it’s that cold your hands start going numb (not cool when you are using a camera), and taking photos gets pretty painful for everyone. So we had to move inside to a really cool little shop, and moved to the basement where they store wedding furniture and chandeliers! Brian and Kristina were so flexible with this last minute change, and were such great models. No really, they remind me of Express models!
Their flexibility showed again on their wedding day, and Kristina was as far from a bridezilla as you can get!! I don’t know how they did it, but her and Brian were such a relaxed bride and groom they should get an award! It was a gorgeous day, and the weather could not have been any better for an outdoor wedding. The ceremony was at Embassy suits, and during the ceremony they had a special prayer which involved Brian and Kristina’s kids, since they are now one family. It was so sweet and so special!
Kristina was an absolutely stunning bride! I LOVED her dress, and no, I’m not saying this just because I photographed her wedding. It was so beautiful and perfect on her. Her mother and sister were right at her side while she was getting ready which I love seeing and photographing. I’m so happy for Kristina and Brian and their family, and am so excited for their wonderful marriage together!
