This Chestnut Ridge wedding in Asheville, NC was the perfect fall day! Cassie and Travis met during their undergrad, and reconnected after! They’ve made it through times of being 7 hours long distance, and are FINALLY Mr. & Mrs. McCall!! And what a PERFECT wedding day!
I first met Travis when he asked us to capture the proposal! I could see his love and care for Cassie just by how much thought he was putting into making sure this day was as special for her as possible. It was PERFECT, and the rain only made it more romantic! I was thrilled when they reached out about having us photograph their wedding day!
We had their engagement session in downtown Greenville, which was where they got engaged! The more I get to know these two, the more I adore them. They are so kind and caring. I had them over to our home studio for the final meeting, and could tell they were SO ready to say “I do!” I reminded them everything will be perfect- and it was!!
And their day was INCREDIBLE. Chestnut Ridge is a new favorite venue for us with it’s mountain views, beautiful white backdrops, and open space! What a DREAM!
I loved the little details of this day- from Cassie wearing her grandmother’s bracelet, to taping the same penny into her shoe that her mother-in-law more on her own wedding day, to Travis giving the most thoughtful groomsmen gifts I’ve seen to his guys!
