This North Carolina wedding at Events at Green Mountain Farm was SO special to photograph! Michaela is one of our interns this year, and I am so thankful for her. We originally met when Cale set up a mentoring session for her as a birthday gift! Since then, she’s also come to our workshop, then became our intern!
But even more than that, she’s become a true friend! I always enjoy spending time with Michaela. Her and Cale have been working HARD on finishing a fixer upper that they made look AMAZING!! I feel so connected since that’s the same place Edward and I were at 1 year ago- working hard to finish our house while doing all the wedding things! I’ve been able to relate to her so well, and build a deep friendship!
I respect Michaela so much. Whenever she’s working with me, she truly gives 150% to everyone around her- the couples we’re serving, and whatever I need! She’s so talented, and truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met! You can believe I’m excited for her to get back from the honeymoon so I can see her again!
But what this shows is how she’s all there with whatever she’s doing. It’s clear what an intentional foundation her and Cale have built leading up to this day, and how focused they are on the Lord, then each other. I really look up to them, and am grateful to have gotten to know them during this season!! Taking their engagement photos was such a treat, but their wedding day was absolutely perfect!!
Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Maybin!! Your day was a dream, and I adore you two!! Michaela, you were such a FLAWESS bride, inside and out! Love you both!
