Our family took a little vacation a few weeks ago, and it was our first vacation with Mason, my perfect little nephew! You’d think our family would have tons of pictures together with me being a photographer, but you know how they say the cobbler’s kid never has shoes? Well… 😉 So we planned that while we’re at the beach this year we HAVE to get some photos! Mostly because little Mason had just turned 6 months old!!!

It was such a joy getting to photograph my own family, even if I did have to lay some ground roles down before-hand including “No, I don’t use a camera strap, but reminding me every few seconds not to drop my camera won’t be appreciated.” But we did have a lot of fun! I really do love my family, and it was nice getting a beach picture together after a few years!

Our newest addition, Mason was SO good for photos! He’s almost always smiling and seriously has the cutest little laugh. I can’t help but smile looking at these pictures of him!! He’s stolen Angela & Phil’s and my entire family’s heart, and Stephanie and I are already the coolest aunts ever! Aunt Christa is slightly cooler, but you know 😉

I really treasure these pictures to capture the memories we have together! I mostly shot Angela and Philip since they haven’t had some professional pictures with Mason done, and that’s just wrong! They were so perfect, and I love every single picture of them!!
