Tyler and Julieta have the sweetest proposal story! They came to Lake Hartwell for a Chick-fil-A picnic (the best kind!!), and walked through the trees to get the the beach overlooking the water! There, Tyler got down and asked Julieta to be his wife!!

And when they asked about coming to this same spot for their engagement session, I was thrilled! It’s so special to have photos taken at a sentimental spot, not to mention lake Hartwell is GORGEOUS!! We’ve been having a lot of crazy weather, and truly were blessed with a gorgeous day for their session! Julieta currently lives in Texas, so we slipped it in during her time visiting Tyler and nailing down wedding plans!

We walked around the lake at sunset, just soaking in the gorgeous area and breeze!! These two are just beyond sweet! I called Edward on the way home, and told him I wish Julieta lived closer since we’d for sure be hanging out a lot!! They are truly the kindest couple!

And they get the MVP award for being willing to do something a little crazy at the end! And the water was COLD!!
